The Sashco Through the Roof is a brushable elastomeric synthetic rubber caulk that provides more elasticity than silicone, resists mildew in damp environments, and can be applied with a brush to repair leaking roofs. It can be applied around vent pipes, skylights, gutters, downspouts, chimneys, and other common roofing features. The caulk is paintable with latex and oil-based paints, stains, and primers.
