Thank you for your friendship and business in what has been a tumultuous couple of weeks. Your support in all that we do has been incredible, and we cannot thank you enough for your continued partnership.
TW Perry is here for you. Our latest guidance from Governor Hogan came today as all non-essential businesses in Maryland have been asked to shut down. We immediately received confirmation from the State that Commercial and Residential Construction, and Hardware and Building Supply businesses are “essential”, and thus allowed to operate. This affirms the critical role you play in providing housing, and maintaining housing for our fellow citizens. Please see the attached guidance from Governor Hogan’s office on this topic. We remain open for business and deliveries in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia!
While we are here for you, it is even more essential that we are here safely for you. We are doing all we can to insure our stores our safe. We maintain heightened cleaning protocols and handwashing. We have customer and employee spacing directions in our facility to make sure we stay six feet apart while working with one another. We have requirements that no employee come to work sick, and that they notify us if anyone in their household becomes ill. Drivers are required to sanitize their hands before and after each delivery. As we continue our work together during this time, you can help us keep your team members, and ours safe by using phone and email as much as possible to order your materials. Given enough lead time, if you call in orders for pickup, we are happy to pull them for you, and get them ready for pickup when you come to our store.
TW Perry is dedicated to servicing custom homebuilders, remodelers, and deck builders. The vast majority of our customers work Monday – Friday. In order to focus our resources on critical professional customers during the week, we will no longer be open on Saturdays starting March 28th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and expect to return to normal operations when the crisis ends.
