Use as a primer/sealer over concrete, cement backer board, ceramic tile, brick, pavers, terrazo, marble, or plywood. Not recommended over hardwood or parquet floors, existing vinyl, sheet goods, plastic, or metal surfaces. Apply above temperature of 45 deg. F. 1 gallon covers approximately 300 to 500 sq. ft. depending on porosity of substrate.
